Welcome to my Wedding galleries.
Sample galleries have limited value.
Unless you want to order a cookie cutter photographer, samples only tell you what was in fashion the day before that particular wedding took place. More importantly you may not learn anything about the creativity of the photographer. Not all "samples" are real wedding images.
None of the images in my galleries are from contrived photoshoots. (I don't stage shoots to make you think that's what your wedding images would look like.) All the images here are actual in-the-moment captures -- and those same captures are show as processed for wedding album use. Anyone can make good images during a controlled photoshoot. Always know what you are viewing when you look at wedding images.
The clients who end up hiring me tend to be their own people, not driven by fads, uninterested in copy-cat albums, and not preoccupied with the clever digital manipulations that they have seen in friends albums. They want their own distinctive memories to be... well... distinctive.
My clients have unique personalities and often have selected unique wedding venues or unique ceremonial details to be recorded. It also seems that quite commonly the clients who choose me want a strong emphasis on either the guests at the wedding or the architectural details of the venue. That might be because in addition to weddings I have 30 years of history photographing architecture and I do a lot of portrait work besides. I have been tickled to realize that as many of my clients have very strong family connections as those who have almost none at all. But maybe that just speaks to the fact that I work well with a wide variety of people.
Thanks for stopping by to look.
